Harvest Time

Participants from our Belfield Day Program work very hard on our garden every day and the spring is a perfect season to harvest. Today we collected some mint and spring onions. We happily used them while making wraps. We have also plucked a bit parsley and added it to our salad; And then we cooked a beans stir fry as our side dish. Yum-yum… It is nice to be able enjoy our efforts in a tasty way.
