Specialist Disability Accommodation (Group Homes) is a home-like house located in a local community where a few people with disability can live together with corresponding support from disability support workers. Shared accommodation provides people with the support they need to increase their independence, achieve personal goals and to live full and productive lives.

CASS Specialist Disability Accommodation provides 24/7 support to people with disability from CALD community in a friendly home-like atmosphere. All meals, programs and activities are specifically designed to meet clients’ cultural and linguistic needs. We also adopt Person Centred Practices and empower residents to make decision on their own. Each resident is facilitated to develop an Individual Plan which ultimately enables them to achieve their short or long term goals. The services we provide include:
- Accommodation;
- Personal care;
- Independent skill training;
- Meal preparation;
- Laundry/shopping assistance;
- Support in health and well-being maintenance;
- Medication supervision;
- Arranging medical appointments;
- Transportation / mobility assistance;
- Assistance with financial management;
- Liaising with other service providers;
- Organising culturally specific programs and activities, such as: Lunar New Year celebration, sharing mooncake, etc.;
- Facilitating to attend social / cultural / recreational activities;
- Any other services tailored for individual needs
